Following a trial held on May 16, 2011, a jury in the Circuit Court for Washington County convicted Bashawn Moneak Montgomery, appellant, of one count of robbery, one count of second-degree assault, two counts of theft of property with a value of at least $500,1 two counts of obtaining property with a value of over $500 by use of a stolen credit card,2 and two counts of unauthorized use or disclosure of a credit card number.3 See Md.
