Appellant Frank Stropich appeals as of right the probate court's order denying his petition for a protective order to permit inheritance funds to be placed into a special needs trust. Because the probate court did not abuse its discretion by appointing a conservator in lieu of granting Stropich's petition, we affirm. I.
