COURT OF APPEALS

In the Matter of IMANI SABREE MASON, Minor

FAMILY INDEPENDENCE AGENCY, Petitioner-Appellee, v SERETHA CECHESTHA MASON, Respondent-Appellant, and NATHAN DUNLAP, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED March 3, 1998

No. 205127 Wayne Juvenile Court LC No. 94-315524

Before: Michael J. Kelly, P.J., and Fitzgerald and M.G. Harrison*, JJ. PER CURIAM. Respondent-appellant appeals as of right from the juvenile order terminating her parental rights to the minor child under MCL 712A.19b(3)(a)(ii), (c)(i), (g) and (j): MSA 27.3178(598.19b)(3)(a)(ii), (c)(i), (g) and (j). We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). The juvenile court did not clearly err in terminating respondent-appellant's parental rights. In re Hall-Smith, 222 Mich App 470, 472; 564 NW2d 156 (1997). The statutory grounds for termination were proven by clear and convincing evidence. In re Jackson, 199 Mich App 22, 25; 501 NW2d 182 (1993).

* Circuit judge, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment. -1
