Before: Murphy, P.J., and Kelly and Talbot, JJ. PER CURIAM. Respondent-Appellant ("respondent") appeals as of right from a family court order terminating his parental rights to the minor child pursuant to MCL 712A.19b(3)(g) and (j); MSA 27.3178(598.19b)(3)(g) and (j). We affirm. This appeal is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). On appeal, respondent argues that clear and convincing evidence was not presented regarding either statutory basis, and that termination was clearly not in the child's best interest. We review a family court's decision to terminate parental rights in its entirety for clear error. In re Hall-Smith, 222 Mich App 470, 473; 564 NW2d 156 (1997). Under
