Respondent Amber Dewey appeals as of right from a circuit court order terminating her parental rights to the minor child pursuant to MCL 710.29(7). For the reasons set forth in this memorandum, we affirm. Respondent's sole claim on appeal is that the trial court erred in terminating her parental rights without making findings of fact or conclusions of law, or identifying a statutory basis for termination as required by MCR 3.977(H).
