Before: Cavanagh, P.J., and Jansen and Borrello, JJ. PER CURIAM. Plaintiff Kendor Steel Rule Die, Inc. (Kendor Steel) appeals from a circuit court order granting summary disposition to defendant City of Fraser on plaintiff's action for a declaratory judgment requesting the court to find that defendant's nuisance ordinance did not apply to it's manufacturing operations in an industrial restricted zone. We affirm. This appeal is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). Kendor Steel has manufactured steel blanks in the City since 1980. The Kendor Steel manufacturing site is located in an industrial restricted district (IRD) under a zoning ordinance in Chapter 32,
