Before: J.H. Gillis, P.J., and G.S. Allen and J.B. Sullivan, JJ.* MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty of being a prisoner in possession of a weapon, MCL 800.283(4); MSA 28.1623(4), and was sentenced to three to five years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). The trial court did not abuse its discretion by denying defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Defendant did not establish that withdrawal of his plea was supported by reasons based upon the interests of justice.
