Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial convictions of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b. Defendant was sentenced, as a third habitual offender, MCL 769.11, to life imprisonment for the first-degree murder conviction and two years' imprisonment for the felony-firearm conviction. We affirm. I. MRE 804(b)(2)
