Before: J.H. Gillis, P.J., and G.S. Allen and J.B. Sullivan, JJ.* MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty of one count of second-degree home invasion, MCL 750.110a(3); MSA 28.305(a)(3), and two counts of unlawfully driving away an automobile, MCL 750.413; MSA 28.645. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of three to fifteen years' imprisonment for the home invasion conviction, and two to five years' imprisonment for each of the UDAA convictions. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). Defendant's sentence for the home invasion conviction is within the recommended range of the sentencing guidelines and does not violate the principle of proportionality. People v Milbourn, 435 Mich 630; 461 NW2d 1 (1990); People v Dukes, 189 Mich App 262; 471 NW2d 651 (1991). Affirmed. /s/ John H. Gillis /s/ Glenn S. Allen, Jr. /s/ Joseph B. Sullivan
