Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial conviction of possession of 1,000 or more grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7403(2)(a)(i).1 Defendant was sentenced to 10 to 30 years' imprisonment. We affirm. I. JURY INSTRUCTIONS Defendant first argues that the trial court erred by instructing the jury on the lesserincluded offense of possession of at least 1,000 grams of cocaine. We disagree. Defendant waived any alleged error by expressing satisfaction with the instructions.
