Before: Young, P.J., and Corrigan and Callahan,* JJ. PER CURIAM. Defendant was convicted of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. Defendant argues that his confession was illegally obtained, and the subsequent use of his confession at trial violated his constitutional rights. Specifically, defendant contends that he was not advised of his constitutional rights while in police custody, and that the interrogating officer unlawfully induced defendant into making a statement with promises of leniency.
