Before: White, P.J., and Saad and Murray, JJ. PER CURIAM. Defendant appeals as of right from a jury conviction of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle, MCL 750.413, for which he was sentenced as an habitual offender, third offense, MCL 769.11, to a prison term of two to ten years. We affirm. This appeal is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). Defendant first contends that the trial court violated his right of confrontation by limiting his cross-examination of two prosecution witnesses who were involved in the offense. A trial court's ruling regarding the admission of evidence is reviewed for an abuse of discretion. People v Hine, 467 Mich 242, 250; 650 NW2d 659 (2002). When the decision involves a constitutional question, it is reviewed de novo on appeal. People v Beasley, 239 Mich App 548, 557; 609 NW2d 581 (2000). "Whether a trial court has properly limited crossexamination is reviewed for an abuse of discretion." People v Minor, 213 Mich App 682, 684; 541 NW2d 576 (1995).
