No. 191838 Roscommon County LC No. 95-003031-FH

JASON JAMES DICKINSON, Defendant-Appellant.

Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to receiving or concealing stolen property under $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803, and was sentenced to ninety days in jail. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). When a defendant pleads guilty, jeopardy does not attach until the sentence is imposed.
