The Court on its own motion orders that the July 19, 20 II, opInion IS hereby AMENDED. The opinion is amended as follows The old opinion read: MCL 768.27a(l) provides, in relevant part, "[E]vidence that the defendant committed another listed offense against a minor is inadmissible and may be considered for its bearing on any matter to which it is relevant." The new opinion reads: MCL 768.27a(I) provides, in relevant part, "[E]vidence that the defendant committed another listed offense against a minor is admissible and may be considered for its bearing on any matter to which it is relevant." In all other respects, the July 19,2011, opinion remains unchanged.
