Before: BECKERING, P.J., and FITZGERALD and STEPHENS, JJ. PER CURIAM. A jury convicted defendant Javon Marquise Thomas of first-degree home invasion, MCL 750.110a(2), and assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), MCL 750.82. The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent prison terms of 45 to 240 months for the home invasion and nine months to four years for the felonious assault. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm. I. PERTINENT FACTS Defendant and Aleta Jones had a child together. When their relationship ended, no formal custody arrangement was in place.
