JESSE JAMES BRIDGES, Defendant-Appellant.

Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty to armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and was sentenced to eight to twenty years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). We decline defendant's request to remand the instant action to the sentencing court. Defendant has failed to demonstrate a need for further development of the record where he has abandoned on appeal the right to challenge the court's scoring decisions. Affirmed. /s/ Daniel F.
