28.747. In accordance with a sentencing agreement, defendant was sentenced to one year in the county jail. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). Defendant's claim on appeal contradicts his representations to the trial court. To accede to defendant's argument would allow him to harbor error as an appellate parachute. People v Shuler, 188 Mich App 548, 552; 470 NW2d 492 (1991). Affirmed. /s/ Daniel F. Walsh /s/ Robert P.
