Before: K. F. Kelly, P.J., and Jansen and Fitzgerald, JJ. PER CURIAM. Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial convictions of armed robbery, MCL 750.529, felonious assault, MCL 750.82, assault with intent to commit armed robbery, MCL 750.89, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), MCL 750.227b. We affirm. I. Basic Facts In November 2007, then high school students Thaddius Watkins, Adam Maddox, Makya Baker, and Terrena Allen were waiting outside their high school for rides home. A masked gunman, allegedly defendant, approached Watkins and, pointing the gun at Watkins' head, stated, "You give me everything in your pockets." Two other men then approached. Baker made a statement to defendant to which defendant replied, "[T]his ain't no game," and pushed her away from where she was standing next to Watkins. The two other men went through Watkins' pockets and took his wallet.1 Defendant then pointed the gun at Maddox and asked him if he had anything. Maddox answered in the negative and the three men ran from the school. Baker, who knew defendant because she had previously gone to school with him, told Watkins and Maddox defendant's name. Subsequently, Watkins and Maddox's ride arrived and they went home. Baker and Allen, however, went into the school and reported the incident to officer Farrar, the school's security officer. Baker identified defendant in a school photo book and

Walker was convicted of armed robbery and assault with intent to commit armed robbery and he has not appealed his convictions.

provided a written statement. The next day, Watkins and Maddox went to the school's security office and also provided written statements. Both Watkins and Maddox looked through separate school photo books and both also identified defendant. Defendant was arrested and convicted as charged. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 10
