Before: J.H. Gillis, P.J., and G.S. Allen and J.B. Sullivan, JJ.* MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty to uttering and publishing, MCL 750.249; MSA 28.446, and was sentenced to three years' probation, with one year to be served in the county jail. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). Because defendant was sentenced in accordance with a sentencing agreement and because he did not move to withdraw his plea below, he may not challenge his sentence on appeal.
