Before: Davis, P.J., and Zahra and Borrello, JJ. PER CURIAM. Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of felony refusal to pay child support, MCL 750.165. Defendant was accused of failing to make child support payments as required by an order entered in 1998. Defendant admitted that, between December 1, 1999, and December 1, 2005, there were several months in which he underpaid or did not pay any child support. He was sentenced to five years' probation and six months in jail, and he was ordered to pay $34,000 in unpaid child support. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
