Pursuant to an agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver marijuana, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1) and MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c), and was sentenced to one to four years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. Defendant's conviction does not violate the prohibition against placing a defendant twice in jeopardy for a single offense under either the state or federal constitutions.
