This case returns to this Court for the third time, this time on remand from our Supreme Court with instructions to consider the monetary fine that defendant was sentenced to pay in light of People v Antolovich, 207 Mich App 714; 525 NW2d 513 (1994), and to determine whether resentencing is required because of the sentencing court's remarks concerning defendant's earlier acquittals. 477 Mich 1076; 729 NW2d 222 (2007).
