After a bench trial, defendant William Edward Westbrook was convicted of one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct pursuant to MCL 750.520b(1)(a) (sexual penetration of a person under 13 years of age) and two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct pursuant to MCL 750.520b(1)(b) (sexual penetration of a family member at least 13 but less than 16 years of age), and was sentenced to concurrent terms of 25 to 37
