The Court orders that the June 26, 2012 unpublished per curiam optmon is hereby AMENDED to correct a clerical error in the second sentence of the second paragraph on page two of the slip opinion. That sentence now reads: "It appears that there was some irregularity in defendant's affidavit showing a meritorious defense." In all other respects, the June 26,2012 opinion remains unchanged.
