An attorney who neglects the matters of three clients, leading to the dismissal of some of their claims, fails to communicate with those clients, and fails to timely and completely cooperate with an Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility investigation, has committed serious misconduct warranting indefinite suspension from the practice of law, with no right to apply for reinstatement for at least 3 months.
