ORDER

Petitioners have filed a petition for a writ of quo warranto. Respondent Lori Swanson has filed a motion to dismiss the petition. In light of the time constraints related to this litigation, expedited consideration of the motion is warranted. Based upon all the files, records and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Not later than 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2011, petitioners shall file

proof of service of the petition on respondents. 2. Petitioners may file and serve a written response to the motion to dismiss not

later than 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2011. 3. Due to the expedited schedule, petitioners' response must be received by the

clerk of appellate courts by the stated deadline. Petitioners may file and serve the response

by e-mail, provided that an original and one copy shall also be filed in hard copy format. The e-mail address for filing with the clerk of appellate courts is

mjcappellateclerkofcourt@courts.state.mn.us. The hard copies may be filed by mail. 4. Counsel for the parties, and any unrepresented parties, shall provide the clerk
