1. On the record presented, the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it allowed the state to impeach its own witness with a statement the witness gave to the police shortly after the murder.

2. The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it instructed the jury as to how it could use that witness' testimony.

3. The record contains sufficient evidence to sustain appellant's first-degree felony murder conviction.

Affirmed.
