S Y L L A B U S

1.                  For purposes of determining whether the condemning authority must pay judgment interest on deposited quick take funds under the rule announced in Ford Motor Co. v. City of Minneapolis, 143 Minn. 392, 173 N.W. 713 (1919), the district court need not order disbursement of the funds for the funds to become available to the property owner.

2.                  The district court did not clearly err in finding the funds were available to the property owner upon deposit with the court.

Reversed.
