MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This matter is before the Court upon the motion of Woodrow Anderson (registration no. 162475) for leave to commence this action without payment of the required filing fee. For the reasons stated below, the Court finds that plaintiff does not have sufficient funds to pay the entire filing fee, and therefore, the motion will be granted and plaintiff will be assessed an initial partial filing fee of $58.30.
