Chief Justice J. A. Turnage delivered the Opinion of the Court.
Martin Moorman was convicted and sentenced by the Twentieth Judicial District Court, Lake County, for robbery and was designat-ed a dangerous offender. Moorman contested his dangerous offender designation in a petition for post-conviction relief, which the District Court denied. Moorman appeals the denial of his petition
for  post-conviction  relief.  We affirm.
