In Case No. 97-588, State of New Hampshire v. Bountham Sonthikoummane, the court upon April 25, 2001, made the following order:
The slip opinion issued on October 31, 2000, as amended by order of this court issued on April 6, 2001, is further amended as follows:1. The author of the opinion (HORTON, J.) as set forth on page 1 of the slip opinion shall be deleted and replaced with the following: PER CURIAM.
2. The tagline on the last page of the slip opinion shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
