Plaintiffs Grant Spinks, Robert Kovacs, and Michael Exley appeal from two orders entered on March 27, 2006, granting summary judgment to defendant The Township of Clinton (Clinton) and defendant Stephen Clancy (Clancy) dismissing plaintiffs' complaint in its entirety. Plaintiffs' complaint alleged retaliation by defendants in violation of plaintiffs' civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A.
