In this appeal, the Court considers whether the trial court erred in not allowing defense counsel an opportunity to cross-examine one of the State’s crucial witnesses concerning the reason the witness changed her statement after a polygraph test revealed she was not being truthful. Also before the Court is the issue of ineffective assistance of counsel.
