KENNEDY, Judge.
After their divorce, Dale A. Harrison (Husband) and Sharon G. Harrison (Wife) stipulated to binding arbitration under NMSA 1978, Section 40-4-7.2 (1999), for the purpose of valuing and dividing certain retirement accounts.  Wife challenges the validity of the arbitration on several grounds and argues the district court erroneously affirmed the decision.
