MEMORANDUM OPINION 18 SUTIN, Judge.
Defendant Daniel Briseno appeals his conviction for shoplifting (over $500)
and raises five issues on appeal.  We will address each issue in turn.  Based on the facts and arguments presented to the district court, we find no error.  Accordingly, we affirm.
