MEMORANDUM OPINION 17 KENNEDY, Judge. 18
Defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support her conviction 19 for battery upon a peace officer, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-22-24 (1971). 20 We issued a calendar notice proposing to summarily affirm the district court.
Defendant filed a timely memorandum in opposition, which we have duly considered.
Unpersuaded, we affirm.

DISCUSSION
Defendant continues to challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support her conviction after a bench trial for battery upon a peace officer. [MIO 2-4]
