Jeffery Abram appealed an amended divorce decree which continued custody of their minor son with his former spouse, Nancy Abram, conditioned upon her successful completion of counseling. Jeffery argued that the trial court's decision was clearly erroneous because changed circumstances were not adequately considered. We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(2).
