Carlson appeals from a judgment which awarded American Family Insurance Group and its insured, Richard Milsow, $274.64 in damages, costs and disbursements, and which dismissed Carlson's counterclaim. Carlson's appeal challenges findings about negligence and about damages he claimed against American Family Insurance Group for its handling of his claim. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (6).
