Dean Bard appeals from the order of the District Court of the South Central Judicial District filed on July 10, 1986, that denied his motions for attorney fees and for a 1982 joint tax set off in property distribution and also appeals from the order of the district court filed on June 30, 1986, that computed his spousal support obligation and awarded attorney fees to Donna Bard. The orders are affirmed under Rule 35.1 (a)(4), N.D.R.App.P., and the case is remanded for a determination of attorney fees and costs to Donna Bard on appeal to this Court.
