Per Curiam.

[¶1] Warren Buffalo, Sr. appeals from an amended judgment terminating his child support obligation and ordering the State of North Dakota to reimburse him $80.00 for overpaid child support. We affirm the amended judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2). Buffalo also raises two additional issues never presented to the trial court. This Court generally will not address issues or contentions raised for the first time on appeal. See Mahoney v. Mahoney, 1997 ND 149, ¶ 13, 567 N.W.2d 206.
