Kim Sahr appealed from the judgment of the district court of Ward County dismissing her third-party complaint. Sahr asserts that several findings of fact were clearly erroneous and that as a result the trial court erred in certain of its conclusions of law. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
