Rhonda K. Geiger appealed her convictions for driving under the influence and for driving under suspension. Geiger argued that the policeman had no articulable and reasonable suspicion of a violation of law when he stopped her vehicle. We decided the same issue in Geiger v. Backes, (Civil No. 880319; filed 8-15-89). We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(7).
