Beth Cose appeals from, an order of the Cass County district court, Judge Lawrence A. Leclerc presiding, denying increased child support. Cose also raises as error Judge Leclerc's refusal to hear an "Order to Show Cause" which was signed by another judge "on behalf of" Judge Leclerc.
We affirm pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), NDRAppP.
