Defendant Vernon Dosmann appeals from a district court amended judgment dated June 4, 1987, which denied his motion to amend the original divorce judgment. Defendant argued on appeal that the trial court was clearly erroneous in denying his motion to change custody of Stacie Dosmann and in granting increased child support. Defendant also argued that the trial court abused its discretion in awarding attorney's fees.
We affirm pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), N.D.R.App.P.
