VandeWalle, Justice.

The petitioner, Roy A. Holand, appealed from a county court judgment awarding Holand compensation in the amount of $8,500 for services rendered as personal representative, attorney, and financial advisor to Mamie Byer and her estate.

We affirm the judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2), because "no reversible error of law appears and the judgment of the trial court is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous."

Appellee has requested costs and attorney fees on appeal on the ground that the appeal is frivolous. We deny the request.
