Julie Fossen appealed from a divorce judgment granting the parties a divorce from one another, determining child custody, and distributing their property. On appeal, Julie argues that the property distribution is inequitable.
We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (7), N.D.R.App.P. E.g., Routledge v. Routledge, 377 N.W.2d 542 (N.D. 1985) [property division need not be equal in order to be equitable].
