Hamilton v. North Dakota Workmen's Compensation BureauCivil No. 870070

Gierke, Justice.

Richard J. Hamilton (Hamilton) appeals from a determination of the North Dakota Workmen's Compensation Bureau (Bureau), affirmed by the district court, finding that Hamilton failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he remained disabled as a result of a work-related injury, thereby denying any further benefits to Hamilton.

We affirm the determination of the Bureau and district court pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(5), N.D.R.App.P.
