Hammel v. Hammel
State: North Dakota
Docket No: 920097
Case Date: 01/22/1993

Hammel v. HammelCivil No. 920097

Levine, Justice.

Terral Hammel appeals from orders denying his motions to change the custody of his son from Jane Elizabeth Hammel to him, to modify his child and spousal support obligations, and from a denial of a post-trial motion to reconsider and "vacate" that part of an earlier order requiring that he, Jane and their son participate together in counseling. We conclude that the trial court's findings on support and custody were not clearly erroneous and that its order denying the motion to vacate was not an abuse of discretion. We affirm under Rule 35.1(e)(2), (4), NDRAppP.
