John Haull filed as application for workers compensation benefits on October 20, 1983, in connection with an injury on September 16, 1983. The Bureau accepted liability and awarded benefits. On February 18, 1987, the Bureau issued an order denying further benefits, including disability benefits. On July 13, 1988, the Bureau issued an order affirming the order denying further benefits. On January 17, 1989, judgment was entered by the district court affirming the decision of the Bureau. Haull has brought this appeal. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(5) of the North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
