House of Color, Inc. v. Stahl Civil. No. 930372

Per Curiam.

House of Color, Inc., appealed from a county court judgment awarding Curt and Kathy Stahl $2138.80, plus interest, including costs and disbursements. House of Color contests the court's award of replacement costs, the court's findings regarding damages, and the court's award of costs and disbursements to the Stahls.

Evidence in the record supports the damages award; we affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P. We affirm the award of costs and disbursements under Biteler's Tower Service v. Guderian, 466 N.W.2d 141 (N.D. 1991) and Rule 35.1(a)(4) and (7), N.D.R.App.P.
